The SirensOdysseus was warned that the sirens sing very beautifully and that it will make him want to follow the music. He decides that he wants to hear how the sirens sing. He tells his men to tie him to the boat and if by any means he tries to break loose to just tighten the rope even more. To prevent from his men from following the music he stuffs their ears with beeswax. Odysseus was the only one able to listen to the song. When they got there Odysseus tried to break loose and his men were afraid that he was going to leave, so they tightened the rope. Just as Odysseus has told him to.

Scylla & Charybdis
When they passed the Sirens Odyssesu was heading no towards Scylla and he was trying to see if he could see it. Then they kept rowing and after that he noticed Charybdis with its fangs. The saw Charybdis throw up and he though it was like rain and then it was swallowing the water and saw the whirlpool and his men back pale but they couldn't flee. So then while they where looking at Charybdis, Syclla ,made her chance and took six of his men and Odysseus saw there arms and legs dangling. Then one of his guys tried to fish out of here and they accomplished it and now there were far from the Sirens, Charybdis, and Syclla and now heading to the island of the sun god.
